Laurel Regional Hospital Specialty Centers:
Infusion Center: The Infusion Center is staffed by experienced registered nurses and clinicians
who specialize in intravenous treatments and offer outpatient services to those individuals
who require single or frequent infusions of medications, including those with central lines.
Physical Rehabilitation Center: The Physical Rehabilitation Center offers seven daya-
week therapy and 24-hour medical care and is known throughout the region as an
outstanding acute inpatient rehabilitation program. The Center is accredited by both the
Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and the Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is also licensed by the State of Maryland.
Sleep Wellness Center: The Sleep Wellness Center offers comprehensive diagnostic and
treatment options for patients suffering from sleep-related health issues. The program
is directed by physicians who are board certified in pulmonology and sleep medicine.
Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Center: The Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine
Center is a unique health service dedicated to caring for people with wounds that
have resisted healing. They offer comprehensive wound treatment with an overall
healing rate of over 93 percent for patients who complete treatment based on
outcomes measurement data. In 2010, Laurel Regional Hospital’s Wound Care and
Hyperbaric Medicine Center was awarded the Center of Distinction and Robert A.
Warriner, M.D., Center of Excellence awards by Diversified Clinical Services.

Heartsaver First Aid/CPR Classes – A basic life support class that teaches individuals how to
perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants will also be able to
